Treasury Council

In the Theban Tribunal a body of (usually) seven archai technically known as the apodektai. Their role is to administer the shared vis sources of the Tribunal, and oversee the Apprentice Auction. One is appointed Treasurer (tamias) and is responsible for the Tribunal stores at Delos; four are charged with collecting the Tribunal's vis sources and locating new Gifted children to be made available as apprentices, and two with training the children in Classical Greek and other skills until the next Tribunal where they will be presented at the Apprentice Auction. They are assisted in their duties by redcaps assigned by the logothete. The Treasury Council is described in The Sundered Eagle p. 28.
