Talk:Theban Tribunal

I've added short entries of the kind useful to understand a forum post but not useful enough to play a game set in the Tribunal describing the odd Hermetic culture and linked them. I have made one perhaps controversial change to the main page - I altered the line in Michael's Tabula from "Sack of Constantinople" to "Fall of Constantinople". The two events are nearly a year apart, the Sack in 1205, the Fall in 1204. Given the low level of fighting in the Fall, I find it hard to see why the covenant of Thermokopolis was wiped out then, but the entries on it both clearly state it fell in 1204, with Michael as the last magi fighting - Mathieus presumably was away or ran way! I may have to explore this apparent enigma later. Anyway I have corrected "Sack" to "Fall", despite it making less sense, as it has entered canon now. --Cj.23

When I found this page, the list of Covenants was missing several Covenants described in the book, including Gigas and Erebos, even though there were notes on a "large Tremere Covenant" and on Erebos culled from other published books. I'm not sure what happened here, as those two covenants along with others are clearly in the table of contents, but I simply completed the list of covenants and then appended the notes written on the then-unnamd Tremere covenant and Erebos to the entries I added. What happened was that when I originally wrote [or edited, can't remember] this entry the Theban tribunal book hadn't come out yet, and I haven't obtained it since. The thought of using the TOC hadn't occured to me, but it is better for someone with access to the book to improve the entry anyways, as you've demonstrated. Far from offending me, I'm glad you edited the entry - that's what wikis are all about. -- Yair
