Fenicil was the first primus of House Guernicus, assuming office in 832.[1] He is known for providing evidence that the Order of Hermes is the latest manifestation of an ancient society of magi[1]. (The Cult of Mercury was the previous manifestation of this mystical, perpetual organization.)
Fenicil assembled an extensive collection of pre-Hermetic magic, including what are believed to be Egyptian rituals. This collection includes powerful, secret rituals now known as Fenicil's Rituals.
As [[primus] of his House, Fenicil would have resided in the domus magna, Magvillus, and would have been the Presiding Quaesitor of any Grand Tribunals that met during his term.
