Literally a "knight", a miles (pronounced "MEE-lays") is a member of the milites (pronounced "MEE-li-tays") of House Flambeau: a group of magi within House Flambeau pursuing knightly ideals, including camaraderie and honor[1]. Their distinguishing feature is their code of honor, one of example of which would be the "Code of Garus"[2]
