Outer Mystery

An Outer Mystery is a Mystery that is taught to characters who enter the first, or lowest, level of membership in a Mystery Cult. A character must be Initiated into the cult in order to learn any of its Outer Mysteries.

Some cults have only one Outer Mystery, and some have several. In addition, some, but not all, cults have higher levels of membership that unlock Inner Mysteries.
