Fanum is a covenant in the Rhine Tribunal. It's alleged violation of the Code of Hermes by interfering with mundanes is the subject of a tribunal meeting in The Fallen Fane. Note that Fanum is not part of the covenants recognized as canonical in Guardians of the Forests.
