In its greater quorum, the Magvillus Council gathers quaesitors from the entire Order and acts as the definitive council of the Quaesitores. While it isn't capable of rendering legal judgments as it is not a Tribunal, the Magvillus Council is where the Quaesitores determine their legal interpretations and counsel.
