Affinity with (Ability) is a Minor General Virtue. Note that, mechanically, an Affinity provides a bonus that is inferior to Puissance for low ability scores, but superior to it for high scores. An affinity also has the advantage of allowing the character to write books and teach to the increased score level. Roleplaying-wise, an affinity represents a knack for learning whereas puissance is natural talent.
