Grimgoth of House Jerbiton was introduced in the Second Edition. In both Second Edition and Third Edition, he was a member of the covenant of Mistridge in the Provençal Tribunal. White Wolf gave him expanded treatment in a supplement dedicated to his covenant, the Mistridge sourcebook in the Third Edition. Grimgoth, his covenmates, and Mistridge, carried a very strong White Wolf Flavor that did not carry over into Fourth Edition and especially not into Fifth Edition, so Grimgoth is not likely to be a canonical character anymore, or at least not in his previous form.
