The Roman Tribunal has authorized the creation of a Tribunal library of authorities in each of the arts and certain arcane abilities, which may be accessed for a pawn of vis by any recognized member of the Tribunal. The authorities are all sound summae of high level, and having a standard source makes the writing and trade in commentaries more productive within the tribunal. A list of commentaries is also kept for each book, along with the author and, if different, the authorized source for copies of the commentaries.

The authorities are all sound summae of high level, and having a standard source makes the writing and trade in commentaries more productive within the tribunal. A list of commentaries is also kept for each book, along with the author and, if different, the authorized source for copies of the commentaries.
