The Roman Tribunal has authorized the creation of a Tribunal library of authorities in each of the arts and certain arcane abilities, which may be accessed for a pawn of vis by any recognized member of the Tribunal. The authorities are all sound summae of high level, and having a standard source makes the writing and trade in commentaries more productive within the tribunal.
