The Founders were twelve of the thirteen wizards who were present at the formation of the Order of Hermes. Each of them made some contribution to helping Bonsisagus invent Hermetic Magic.^[1] The Founders are^[1]:

The thirteenth of the original magi, Trianoma^[5] did not found a House of her own because she insisted on having a status lower than that of her mentor, Bonisagus.^[1]

Pralix later became founder of House Ex Miscellanea^[6], but is not a founder of the Order.
