Fenicil was the first primus of House Guernicus. He is known for arguing that the Order of Hermes is the latest iteration of a perpetual society of magi as well as for acquiring a number of pre-Hermetic rituals, including what are believed to be Egyptian rituals, that are now known as Fenicil's Rituals.
