Peregrinatores are literally guests. The term refers to magi enjoying the hospitality of foreign covenants. In the Rhine Tribunal, Peripheral Code rulings place peregrinatores in a special status and impose standards of hospitality. Many other tribunals, Houses, and covenants also emphasise the virtues of hospitality.
