Mercere the Founder

Mercere is one of the Founders of the Order of Hermes. A small line of Gifted Mercere magi continue his bloodline and true lineage, while a much larger network of unGifted Redcap|Redcaps maintain the tradition of loyal service to the Order than he has contructed.
