The Code of Hermes is the text of the Hermetic Oath that binds all magi and forms the social foundation of the Order. The Oath is not magical in itself, instead other magi force each other to maintain it. The proper interpretation of the Code is given in the collection of Peripheral Code.

The Arcane Ability of the same name confers knowledge in the Code of Hermes and its interpretations.
