Lifting The Dangling Puppet is a canonical ReCo level 15 spell introduced in ArM5, p. 134.

Opinion and Commentary
Since this spell immobilizes a subject without harming him, it can be very useful in stopping or preventing a fight. In conjunction with the Fast Casting mastered spell special ability, it is even more useful, as one can hoist an attacker off the ground before he can move in and attack. -- Andrew Gronosky
