A type of Companion character described in HoHS 107, Gifted Companions are Ex Miscellanea magi which have the Gift of Magic but maintain a tradition of non-Hermetic magic. Gifted companions are weaker than magi but generally stronger than typical companions, so the troupe should consider whether such a character should take the Magus or Companion slots.
