I've created a few templates <nowiki>{{OpenArs Attribution}}</nowiki> will include the legalese, <strike>and <nowiki>{{ArMOLsimplenav}}</nowiki> is a manually created simple navbox</strike>, <nowiki>{{ArsMnavbox}}</nowiki> is a [[Template:ArsMnavbox|real navbox]].
Put <nowiki>{{OpenArs Attribution}}</nowiki> in the wiki source and get<br/>

Do we need an attribution block on the tracker page, which contains none of the open content?  I'd suggest not, and if no one speaks up by 23 November, I'll remove them all from the page.  (I hope it's understood that every page that contains content from any of the Open Ars works does need the legalese.)
