His Ars Magica work defined Faerie until the changes in perspective in 5th edition. His Ars Magica book Faeries Revised was nominated the Origins 1996 Best Role-Playing Game Supplement Award and the non-Ars related Star Trek the Next Generation Role-playing Game won Origins 1999 Best Role-Playing Game Award.
