A citizen magi of the Theban Tribunal: one who passed their Gauntlet within that Tribunal, and is in good standing in terms of tokens and shards. As opposed to a Metoikos, that is a resident foreigner or one who has lost the status of polites by failing in their civic duties. Described in The Sundered Eagle p.25
