Why not just add them as a separate list, after the main one? "In addition, the following books cover territories that are not part of the standard tribunals:".... It's not like we're going to build a special page for "regional books that are not tribunal books", and people looking for Land of Fire and Ice are very likely to think of it as a tribunal book. Which are the Tribunal Books?
Does Land of Fire and Ice qualify? What about Ultima Thule, Cradle and Crescent?
Why not just add them as a separate list, after the main one? "In addition, the following books cover territories that are not part of the standard tribunals:".... It's not like we're going to build a special page for "regional books that are not tribunal books", and people looking for Land of Fire and Ice are very likely to think of it as a tribunal book.
