CJ is active in the Ars Magica [[Fan Community]] in the UK. He created the [[Grand Tribunal (convention)]] Ars Magica convention with his first event in 2007 and maintains the Grand Tribunal Facebook page that supports that convention. 

CJ is co-producer of the podcast, [[Arcane Connection (podcast)|Arcane Connection]] with [[Tom Nowell]].
