Added categories. The reason for adding House Mercere shoudl be obvious. Of course, all houses are affected by the portals, but not so tightly defined by them. For this reason, I just added Order of Hermes cat to reflect widespread influence.

A Mercere Portal is a portal providing a permanent Hermes Portal effect to specific paired portal in another location. They are always made in pairs with each portal in a pair being set to the other portal in the same pair. A network of these gates connects several covenants in the Order, including Durenmar, Harco, and Verdi. The extent and size of this network is not defined in the canonic setting.
