This looks like it overlaps with the Peripheral Code page quite a bit, and could probably be merged in. We would have to also find a home for the section on Tribunal procedure.

There is some overlap. However, when someone is looking for an explanation of Hermetic Law, it appears rather weird to send him to a page on only the Peripheral Code. Yet uniting both entries under Hermetic Law will bloat the page with the index of peripheral law. I suggest we actually leave things as they are - leave both pages in the wiki.
